Monastery [ Klášter ]

Former canonie of the Augustins at the St. Jilji Church founded in 1367.
In 1787 canonie was dissolved. In 1787 the manor which was forfeited to a Religous Fund was bought by Jan nepomuk Prokop, duke Schwarzenberk who performed "Merciful Sisters of The St. Charles Bartolomějský" there.
A part of the monastery functioned for a deanery and another part was rent out to a forestry comission. Among the most rare memorials of the church belong Třeboň´s altar from a period after 1380 (nowadays it is placed in National Gallery) and stone statue of Třeboň´s madonna from a period about 1400.
