Archaeological reserve Bílina [ Archeologická památková rezervace ]
A Slavic Přemyslid hill-fort from the end of the 10th century AD, founded to safeguard the Bohemian state and persevering in this role until the 13th century, when a Gothic castle was built in the immediate vicinity. In the 17th century, a monumental Baroque chateau was built here; the area thus documents historical and building development from the Slavic Hill-fort Period through to the Baroque.
