Completed in 1938 and the only example of its kind not significantly damaged. Between 1976 and 1995 the underground areas were rebuilt by the Interior Ministry into a fully-equipped shelter. The original armoured bell and cupola are preserved in the structure, along with a modern water treatment plant, machine room and aggregates for electricity generation.
