Hydraulic structure Slezská Harta [ Vodní plocha ]
Water work was built in 1987 - 1997 on the Moravice.
The main purpose of the building was supply of water for the region of Ostrava.
The earth fill dam is 64,8 m high, its length in the crest is 540 m.
The flooded area of the reservoir is 870 ha.
The reservoir further serves hydroenergetic purposes, as protection against floods, for fish-farming, sport fishing and recreation.
